BE212 Double Hinge Socket Extension
A double hinge socket takes a 2" mast and the 48.3mm section will fit into a 2” mast.
Top section has a socket with lock bolts to take up to 2" mast, with the lower section being 48.3mm O. D. tube and can be clamped to a bracket with BE915 bolts, i.e. BE715 range of brackets.
The extended double socket is designed to hinge a 2” or 50mm mast some distance above the ground. BE212 is similar to the BE205 with it’s hinge and double locking bolts, but with a over extension stop so the mast will not over balance before the second bolt is secured. The 48.3mm section will fit into a 2” standard drive on base BE104 or BE104L.
When installed the bracket has 2 x M12 hex bolts and self locking nuts as the hinge support and these can be adjusted to increase or decrease the friction on the hinge so controlling the rise and fall of the mast.
To tilt the pole always remove the nut on the outside of the bracket and extract the bolt to lower.
