This base hinge will allow a mast to be base tilted and does not rely on the hinge bolts when in a vertical position as the 4 x M10 bolts connect through the hinge and directly into the base through the coupler nuts.
The top socket which ever is selected mounts with either 3 or 4 M8 bolts.
When installed the bracket has 2 x M12 hex bolts and self locking nuts as the hinge support and these can be adjusted to increase or decrease the friction on the hinge so controlling the raise and fall of the mast.
