BE113 Free Standing Spider and Kits
Free standing hub for 2" mast available in kits with legs. Hub can be purchased seperately or together with a range of legs with Kit 3 and 4 being the most popular.
A 6 metre or 20 ft mast can be held with guys tied back to the loops on the end of the leg and staked down for small or light aerials.
This free standing hub and legs when assembled is ideally suited to one day events and contest working which allows a light weight aerial to be put up on a self supported guy system by one person.

Purchase the hub on its own or in a kit with legs. Legs are available in two lengths with feet for self guying system or without feet.
KIT 1 - Hub and 3 x 750mm legs

Designed to accept our fibreglass telescopic masts.
The line drawing BE113 Kit 3 & 4 shows the footprint oif the legs when assembled.
On assembly the legs have a stop at 90mm into the sockets to ensure legs are fully fitted before elevating the mast.
The recommendation for BE1863/YL or BE1863/GY is the 750mm legs and BE2592/YL or BE2592/GY the 1000mm legs.
BE620-T-KIT is available as a guy set of rings to fit the fibreglass masts.
Mastrant P 3mm is ideal for the guy ropes and BE923/50-80 snap hooks or BE943/50-80 for the guy connections to the guy rings.
Tensioning can be made by the ratchet tensioners BE903 and BE508 and BE509 ground stakes can be used to fix the legs to the ground, or on hard standing sand bags or similar can be used for ballast.
The whole assembly can be made up whilst laying along the ground and walked up with just one person. When vertical final adjustment can be made of the guys and staked to the ground.
